* Installation

Please make sure you have a copy of the 'APID ToolAssistant'
Plug-In installed - you need at least version 1.0.47.

Make sure you install the correct plug-in for your version of InDesign.
InDesign CS2 CS3 and CS4 Plug-Ins are mutually incompatible. There
are also Mac and Windows versions available - again, these are mutually
incompatible.

Copy the enclosed "Power Headers" folder into the InDesign Plug-Ins folder. You may want to create a sub-folder
and call it "APID" (or similar) to organize things better. Make sure that the "Power Headers"
folder (which contains four files) is copied in its entirety. If you have an older version of
Power Headers, make sure you remove it.

REMARK: If you already have any copy installed of a plug-in whose
name starts with ActivePageItem... (e.g. because you installed one
of Rorohiko's Scripted Plug-Ins), make sure to remove all older
versions, and double-check you just have a plug-in whose name
starts with APIDToolAssistant..., and which has at least version
number 1.0.47 or higher.

APID ToolAssistant supercedes both Active Page Item Runtime and
Active Page Item Developer.
