All sales are processed by Pay-Pal. This gives the highest level of security for the customer and seller as well. We process major credit cards through Pay-Pal as well, and products can be purchased even if you do not have a Pay-Pal account.

We reserve the right to cancel or restrict any sale at our sole discretion. If we cancel a sale, no charges will be made.

If your product requires shipping, we will not charge your account until your product is shipped.

Our sales staff does their best to please you. If you received less than perfect service, please let us know at feedback@in-tools.com. We will process any complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Under normal circumstances, products are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Upgrade products and site licenses may take longer to process. Shipping will usually take another 2 business days to most places worldwide. An estimated date of delivery will be sent to the email address provided in your order.  We will also send email notification when the status of your order changes.

All products will be billed from the U.S. in U.S. dollars. Products which require shipping may be shipped either from the U.S. or from Israel. All import duties and V.A.T. charges which may be incurred by the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
